The main functions of the complex included a <strong>hotel, office spaces, and a shopping center<\/strong>.<\/p><p>In the initial phase, the <strong>vulnerability and structural condition of the existing buildings were assessed<\/strong> through <strong>on-site inspections<\/strong> and <strong>finite element modeling<\/strong>. Following this, the <strong>conceptual architectural and structural design (Phase Zero)<\/strong> for the new development was <strong>prepared<\/strong>.<\/p><h3><strong>Main Activities<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Structural assessment<\/strong> of two existing buildings with a combined floor area of approximately <strong>210,000 square meters<\/strong> was <strong>conducted<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Conceptual architectural and structural design<\/strong> of new buildings covering approximately <strong>250,000 square meters<\/strong> was <strong>developed<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Traffic impact studies<\/strong> for the project were <strong>carried out<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
