services, and controlling all stages of the construction of solar power plants.<\/p><p><strong>Services Provided<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Comprehensive design review<\/strong> (civil, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure including all lines, network connections, auxiliary works, and related structures).<\/li><li><strong>Construction phase supervision services<\/strong>, including:<ol><li>Monitoring project progress against the initial schedule and cash flow plan.<\/li><li>Conducting the material approval process.<\/li><li>Supervising compliance with environmental and social commitments, including occupational health and safety (OHS) issues.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Management of civil contracts<\/strong>, including:<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li>Financial management of the contract.<\/li><li>Establishing and managing the project management information system.<\/li><li>Measuring and recording daily quantities of work performed by the contractor.<\/li><li>Monitoring the validity of the contractor\u2019s insurance policies and guarantees.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Supervision during commissioning and defect
