The objective of this assignment was to develop the detailed design, cost estimation, and tender documentation for the rehabilitation and energy efficiency upgrades of public schools (including associated facilities or buildings within the school complex) in Imereti (5 schools). The scope of work included:

1. Preparation of detailed designs, covering:
   • Architectural design
   • Structural design, including seismic strengthening provisions
   • Interior design
   • Electrical and plumbing systems
   • Technological systems
   • Heating, ventilation, and hot water supply (HWS)
   • Organization of construction
2. Preparation of technical specifications, with particular attention to the seismic characteristics of the project.
3. Preparation of technical reports documenting design and project requirements.
4. Preparation of bills of quantities (BoQs), both priced and unpriced.
5. Development of work schedules and bidding documentation.

Additionally, the assignment includes author supervision during the execution of civil works to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
