Services Provided

• Comprehensive design review (civil, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure including all lines, network connections, auxiliary works, and related structures).
• Construction phase supervision services, including:
  1. Monitoring project progress against the initial schedule and cash flow plan.
  2. Conducting the material approval process.
  3. Supervising compliance with environmental and social commitments, including occupational health and safety (OHS) issues.
• Management of civil contracts, including:

• 1. Financial management of the contract.
  2. Establishing and managing the project management information system.
  3. Measuring and recording daily quantities of work performed by the contractor.
  4. Monitoring the validity of the contractor’s insurance policies and guarantees.

• Supervision during commissioning and defect liability period.
