This consultancy service aims to provide technical and operational support to the Konya Metropolitan Municipality for preparing energy optimization projects in the Mevlana Cultural Center and the Social Innovation Agency building. The scope of work includes conducting energy audits, developing improvement proposals, and preparing tender documentation for the implementation of energy efficiency measures.

These activities are carried out within the framework of the Public Buildings Energy Optimization Project of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and in compliance with national and international standards.

Based on the current conditions, an Energy Optimization Study Report is prepared, relying on inspection results, field measurements, and performance analysis of various systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, hot water, and other equipment. This technical analysis evaluates potential energy savings, equipment replacement costs, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and payback periods.

Subsequently, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical projects are developed to implement the improvement measures, along with detailed lists of materials and equipment specifications. The complete set of tender documents—including technical and administrative requirements, cost estimates, bills of quantities, and draft contracts—is prepared in accordance with public procurement regulations.
