This project involves the design and construction of four earthquake-resistant child support centers in the provinces of Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya. Each center has an approximate floor area of 500 m² and includes landscaping works. These centers will function as specialized health and social service facilities, designed in accordance with child-friendly, accessible, and sustainable standards to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for the well-being of vulnerable children.
Required Engineering Services
- Site Assessment
- 1 Location Assessment: Preparation of detailed reports for four new sites, including data collection, layout maps, and recommendations.
- 2 Geotechnical Studies: Soil investigations and preparation of geotechnical reports with recommendations for foundations and structures.
- Design and Technical Documentation
- 1 Architecture: Delivery of a complete design package including master plan, interior layouts, 3D models, and technical specifications.
- 2 Structural Engineering: Preparation of full structural drawings, foundation plans, analyses, and related technical specifications.
- 3 Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP): Preparation of drawings and calculations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with technical specifications.
- 4 Preparation of detailed bills of quantities for all design disciplines.
