This project involved providing consultancy services for needs analysis, feasibility studies, financial assessments, and technical specifications to support the procurement of electric buses within the framework of the EU-funded Sustainable Urban Transport Project. The project was carried out in line with the procedures of the relevant international credit institution and the national laws and regulations of Turkey. Its objective was to guide municipalities in investment planning for sustainable public transport solutions and to accelerate the transition toward greener urban mobility.
