This project involved providing consultancy services for conducting a feasibility study and financial assessment of a comprehensive urban transport infrastructure and equipment package in Konya, Turkey. The package included the development of tram and suburban rail lines, digital traffic management, an eco-friendly bus fleet, and sustainable bicycle routes. The aim was to improve the efficiency of public transport, reduce pollutant emissions, and enhance multimodal connectivity across the city.
