This project was undertaken to facilitate financing for the ground-mounted 18.3 MW solar power plant in Edremit. The objective was to prepare complete engineering documentation in both Turkish and English, aligned with international financial institution standards, ensuring compliance with Turkish energy, planning, environmental, and safety regulations, and supporting the acquisition of an investment incentive certificate from the Ministry of Industry.

Key Project Deliverables

  • Electrical Project: Including drawings, single-line diagrams, grounding system, cabling, and inverter stations.
  • Static Structural Project: Covering steel structures, foundations, and load calculations based on wind and snow conditions.
  • Energy Transmission Lines Project: Designed in accordance with TEİAŞ and VEDAŞ grid connection standards.
  • Investment Incentive Certificate Application: Preparation of the complete submission package for the Ministry.
  • Feasibility Report: Analysis of site topography, geotechnical conditions, and solar resources; selection of cost-effective modules and inverters; 25-year cash flow projection including internal rate of return (IRR) and payback period calculations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to occupational safety laws and Turkish legal requirements.
