Technical Scope of Work

• Comprehensive energy audit to identify consumption patterns, detect losses, and evaluate the performance of existing equipment.
• Building energy modeling using specialized software to simulate energy performance.
• Optimization analysis to assess energy-saving options and life-cycle cost efficiency, and to define suitable intervention packages.
• Detailed design of improvement measures, including:
  • Upgrading heating, cooling, and ventilation (HVAC) systems.
  • Modernizing lighting systems.
  • Improving thermal insulation of building envelopes.
  • Implementing smart control technologies.
  • Potential integration of renewable energy systems.

Preparation of technical specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and implementation schedules to ensure precise and efficient execution of energy retrofit measures.
