Focus is affiliated with the Aga Khan Development Network, a global group of institutions dedicated to improving living conditions and expanding opportunities for people of all backgrounds in selected regions of the developing world.

Building on a series of successful initiatives to support communities affected by natural and human-induced disasters in South and Central Asia, Focus awarded Protek Yapi a contract to carry out structural assessments and retrofitting design for six AKDN/AKHS facilities, including clinics and hospitals located in Kabul, Baghlan, and Badakhshan provinces.
